This policy explains how Mohr Cafe & Deli (“Mohr”, “we”, “us”), operated by Mohr Group (ABN 64 665 884 588) of 4 Hibiscus Haven, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220, handles your personal information when you use eatmohr.com.au and order from us. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, order details and pickup preferences. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment provider’s secure form and are never seen or stored by us. If you create an account, we store your contact details and order history so you can view and reorder.

How we use it

We use your information to process and prepare your order, send order confirmations and tax invoices, provide customer support, manage your account, and — where the law allows — tell you about our products. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (secure account and order storage), Resend (transactional email), Lightspeed (point-of-sale and order fulfilment), Google Maps (location and directions) and Vercel (website hosting). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy obligations, and some may store data outside Australia. We do not sell your personal information.

Payment security

Payments are processed by Stripe using their embedded, PCI-DSS-compliant payment form. Your full card number never reaches our servers.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep your cart and sign-in working, and we may use analytics tools to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or to delete your account. Email food@eatmohr.com.auand we’ll help. If you have a privacy concern you’re not satisfied we’ve resolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
