Heating instructions

After defrosting, remove the bag and heat it in the microwave for 3-4 minutes, or until hot. Oven - Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, take the meal out of the bag, cover it in aluminium foil and place it in the oven to heat for 15-20 minutes.
